Mrs. Holdmeyer was born May 6, 1946, in Washington, the daughter of George Grus and wife Eunice, nee Winkler. She was united in marriage to Francis Holdmeyer June 6, 1995, at St. Gertrude Church, Krakow. Mrs. Holdmeyer was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband; one son, Robert Barkey, Sedalia; one daughter, Deborah Zweifel and husband Daniel, Union; one sister, Georgana Kay Stolzenbach and husband Keith, Highlands Ranch, Colo.; seven grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends. A funeral Mass was held Monday, April 27, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington, with the Rev. Mike Boehm officiating. Burial was in St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Gerald. Memorials to Our Lady of Lourdes Church or the American Cancer Society are preferred. The family was served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
